We recently purchased an Addams Family pinball machine from M&P Amusement. We visited the showroom a few months ago and saw the machine in its unrestored and inoperable state. Gene Goodman promised us that the machine would look like new when it was ready for delivery. M&P did not disappoint. The machine arrived on time and looks and plays fantastic. The guys who delivered and set up the machine were professional and we have been very pleased with every phase of the M&P Amusement purchase process.

If I can convince my wife that we need a third machine, I will go right back to M&P Amusement.

Back around Christmas of 2012 Bounce Magic was figuring on using a local vender for its game room. We found out that the vending company would not be able to supply us with games both in quantity and in the short time allotted. Our open date was only a month away! So we needed to purchase games Our upcoming second location would require about 30 pieces. We started the search to find games for sale. We tried many places and had many quotes for new and used and combinations of every type. While searching the internet in hopes for a company ready to be our One-Stop-Shop we came across M&P Amusements. We talked the first time on a Sunday afternoon which made for a great first impression with us. We then emailed a list of games and requirement to a great sales person named Gene. He asked many questions and assessed our knowledge before assuming anything about us. This was a very professional approach and was well received by us. After long talks and many emails we came up with a list of games. As time quickly approached the delivery deadline, we stayed in constant contact with Gene and many times it was Gene calling with updates about progress or checking with us about changes either we asked for or they needed to make based on availability of products. When the day came for delivery M&P Amusements showed up on site with a crew and ready to work. This crew was friendly, curious and very helpful to my staff with answering all questions. But the best part was that Mike showed his pride in the quality of the games he personally delivered. Mike is the owner of M&P Amusements and was on site to oversee this installation.

Bounce Magic is extremely happy with M&P Amusements quality and ability to deliver the games exactly as the said they could and did.
